Both the end of summer and the start of autumn represent a very delicate time: temperatures slowly drop, the summer heat leaves the floor to progressively mite days, our metabolism tends to slow down and we feel the need to cut out some time to connect with our deeper self.

During these seasonal changes, our body is subject to stress episodes. This explains why we should (re)put our health first if we want to better face the winter and improve our defense system which might have been negatively affected by frequent tension.

DAY 1 – PURIFICATION

Today is focused on detoxifying and purifying our body and getting rid of toxins. We aim to make our body more responsive to the benefits of this program.

DAY 2 – EMPOWERING

This second day is all about improving blood flow and re-oxygenating the body to strengthen the defense system and find more energy and health.
