Our Suites welcome couples for a totally relaxing holiday. They are all different from each other in size, furnishings and views from the balcony.

The third floor suites are designed in a large open space inside a very high attic dominated by the white color with a view of the ski slopes, or by the indigo color, with the balcony overlooking the center of Livigno.

The suites on the first and second floors have three prestigious rooms, with double bedroom, sitting room, bathroom and a large terrace ideal for meditative and relaxing breaks.

The Suite Paradisin is named for the glacier it looks out on. It’s our most special room, with a magnificent view of the valley and excellent exposure.

There is a separate bedroom with a queen size bed, equipped with a dormer window to illuminate the room with natural light, a double room with bath and a living room with convertible couch and chaise lounge. The suite is suitable for a maximum of six people. The bathroom is equipped with all the comforts, including a full complementary gift kit. Wi-fi connection is also available. The ideal vacation suite, for a couple or a larger family.

These are two unique rooms, perfect for larger groups and families.

The rooms are decorated with eco-friendly materials: soft hypoallergenic carpeting with patterns that recall the "pezzotti valtellinesi" and dark oak lath flooring.
The two king size beds – one on a large and warm loft platform – are joined by a convertible couch in the living area and a spacious balcony with a magnificent view of the Livigno valley.

The Prestige rooms sleep a maximum of five people. The lovely loggia can be used for sunbathing all day long. More spacious than the Deluxe rooms, it guarantees maximum comfort. The convertible couch in the luminous living room sleeps two. The bathroom flaunts beautiful slate countertops, set off by the white walls in enameled stone tile.

Separate bathtub and shower, double washstands and toilette mirror complete the décor. An ample selection of complementary cosmetics is at the disposal of our guests. And the wi-fi is free.

Deluxe rooms are more spacious than the Superiors. Attention to natural alpine materials blends in prefectly with high-tech design. The pavement is in oak, with a hypoallergenic carpet in the colors of the "pezzotti valtellinesi", the traditional local carpets.

There is a 43” Smart TV, Wi-fi is free and the rooms have independent climate control. The convertible couch in the luxurious double sleeps an additional two people. Light spills in brightly through the large windows facing east, providing a magnificent view for our guests, who also have a spacious balcony at their disposal. Lovely bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.

Superior Sun rooms feature a modern decor. The rooms are furnished with eco-friendly materials: soft hypoallergenic carpeting with colors and patterns that recall the "pezzotti valtellinesi" and dark oak lath flooring in the living area.
In the living area, the couch – which, if necessary, can sleep two – is a comfortable haven after a day of outdoor fun, a perfect place to relax.

The large balcony facing south offers a picturesque view of the ski slopes in winter and on green meadows in summer: perfect for relaxing in the sun.
