To help you find your inner balance, we offer daily yoga sessions at our spa hotel in Livigno. The asanas not only improve posture, but also concentration and mental health. Yoga also strengthens muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fasciae. Furthermore, targeted breathing exercises stimulate the entire organism. In our yoga room, which is open between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. you are welcome to do yoga exercises alone in silence. On the other hand, if you want to strengthen your body, the fitness room is the right place for you. Here you can find treadmills, cyclettes, weights, and much more for training. The fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
