Between Sunshine and Ice is a ritual inspired by summer in the Alps of Livigno: the sun warming the skin, the water flowing fresh through the mountains, the crisp air of the forests and the ice that preserves the pure freshness of the high-altitude environment.

A sensory journey that alternates warmth and coolness, letting go and awakening, guiding the body and face through a sequence of movements, fragrances and temperatures inspired by the natural surroundings of Lac Salin.

The guiding principle is contrast: first warmth, then coolness, then warmth again, culminating in ice. A slow, enveloping progression that invites you to leave the pace of everyday life behind and surrender to the sensations.

The olfactory notes accompanying the entire experience are pine and mint, essences that evoke the Alpine forest and that feeling of pure, invigorating air found only in the mountains of Livigno.

BETWEEN SUNSHINE AND ICE | The Ritual

1. Warmth
The journey begins with the feet immersed in a warm Alpine herbal foot bath infused with pine, mint and lemon balm. The scent of the forest and the gentle warmth of the water invite you to slow down and leave the pace of everyday life behind.

2. Skin Awakening
A gentle scrub is applied to the skin of the legs, followed by the enveloping warmth of hot towels. The skin is thus prepared for the heart of the experience: the encounter with the cold.

3. Thermal Contrast
Warmth and cold alternate in a sensory progression culminating in an encounter with ice, accompanied by the fresh notes of pine and mint. This is the most intense moment of the ritual, a true immersion in Alpine freshness.

4. Alpine Massage
Following the thermal contrast and a brief moment of mindful relaxation, the legs are enveloped in the gentle movements of a soothing massage and treated with LS Alpine Care products, leaving the skin feeling soft, nourished and comfortable.

5. Facial Indulgence
A warm cloth gently envelops the face, followed by cleansing, gentle exfoliation and relaxing massage techniques on the décolleté and arms. LS Alpine Care products accompany every movement in a treatment that combines wellbeing and sensory pleasure.

6. The Caress of Ice
The ritual continues with an iced Gua Sha treatment, which glides slowly over the face, jawline, cheekbones, forehead and décolleté. The refreshing sensation of ice returns, this time through slow, delicate movements, bringing the experience to a close with a feeling of lightness and freshness.

7. Mountain Fragrances
A warm herbal infusion of pine, mint and lemon balm accompanies the final moments of this unique wellness ritual. The same fragrances that have guided the experience return in the cup, offering one last reminder of the Alpine landscape.
