1. The journey begins with a meeting: a time dedicated to listening, where needs are transformed into intentions. One by one, alpine herbs reveal themselves, expressing the subtle language of the mountains through their scents and healing properties: energy, relaxation, balance, calm, and breath. The warmth of the water welcomes your feet in an alpine herbal soak; tension slowly melts away, like snow in the sun, followed by a smoothing foot scrub and a gentle massage of the feet and calves.
2. The body is then guided into a deeper, more intimate dimension: a warm alpine herbal wrap, where time fades away and the essences work deeply. There is nothing to do but surrender. Tension dissolves, your breath deepens, and the mind grows weightless. During this state of quiet, a delicate head massage leads you toward total relaxation—like a thought slowly dissolving into silence.
3. Finally, close your eyes and let the LS Alpine Care body cream glide over your skin, slow and rhythmic, like a calming breath. Its fragrance envelops you, carrying the stillness of mountain meadows. To conclude, a sip of Livigno’s alpine herbal tea: the same warmth, the same aromatic notes, the same calm expanding from the inside out.
