The massage is based on stretching, decontracting and relaxing techniques: it is performed on a futon to maintain greater contact with the ground. The Alpine Harmony treatment lasts 50 minutes and can also be done in pairs.
2) The BAREFOOTING path in the Hotel's garden, a wellness path that allows you to get in touch with yourself and with nature, walking barefoot on the various elements of the alpine territory such as earth, grass, stones, bark, sand and water.
3) HANDMADE SCRUB, the seminar led by our Naturopath who, thanks to a careful selection of the best beneficial alpine herbs, will guide you step by step in the creation of a scrub that can also be easily replicated at home.
4) The LAC SALIN SWIMMING POOL, the saline whirlpool bath rich in beneficial salts for life such as iodine, potassium and magnesium that strengthen the immune system, the heart and invigorate the skin.
